I am privileged to share my life with my six Newfoundlands and I live in the South of England in Hampshire, UK. My first Newfoundland came into my life in February 1987, Telshotbriar Tornado (Merrybear Dunnhill x Merrybear Empress). He was a handsome brown male purchased initially as a pet but his breeders, Bob and Sheila Spencer, persuaded me to show him and, at his first Championship Show, Bournemouth 1987, he was placed first in puppy dog. I continued to show him with great success and needless to say I became completely captivated by the breed and from then on I knew that one Newfoundland would never be enough!

For the past 32 years I have continued to be involved in all aspects of the breed, both working and showing and I occasionally breed a carefully planned litter.

My dogs are a pleasure to live with and I pride myself on them all having wonderful temperaments. All my dogs live in my home and puppies are raised within the normal environment of a busy family life. I am a member of the Kennel Club’s Assured Breeder Scheme and The Southern Newfoundld Club's Better Breeder Scheme and also a Championship Show Judge and I have judged the breed in the UK, Sweden, France and Denmark. I am also a member of The Newfoundland Club of Great Britain and The Southern Newfoundland Club.
